Occupational Therapist (OT) - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual licensed to practice as an occupational therapist in Wisconsin.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual licensed to practice as an occupational therapist assistant in Wisconsin.

Occupational Therapy Student (OTS) - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual who is currently enrolled full or part-time in an OT or OTA educational program which is accredited or pending accreditation by the ACOTE. An individual may not stay in this category of membership for more than five years.

Retiree - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any OT or OTA who is retired or semi-retired, who may be working less than an average of 40 hours per month.

Associate - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual or organization interested in OT and does not satisfy the requirements in any other membership category.
