OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST: $75

Any individual licensed to practice as an occupational therapist in Wisconsin and who has not had that license revoked due to disciplinary action.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT: $50

Any individual licensed to practice as an occupational therapist assistant in Wisconsin and who has not had that license revoked due to disciplinary action.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY STUDENT: $25

Any individual who is currently enrolled full or part-time in an OT or OTA educational program which is accredited or pending accreditation by the ACOTE. An individual may not stay in this category of membership for more than five years.

LIFE MEMBER: WAIVED 

Any OT or OTA WOTA member who has demonstrated distinguished service in the field of occupational therapy, has retired from the practice of occupational therapy and is voted into this category by the voting membership of WOTA upon recommendation from the WOTA Board of Directors.

RETIREE: $40

Any OT or OTA who is retired or semi-retired, who may be working less than an average of 40 hours per month.

ASSOCIATE: $40

Any individual or organization interested in occupational therapy and does not satisfy the requirements in any other membership category.
