2024 Conference Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the 2024 WOTA conference. We have a full day of events, including speakers, posters and open time for visiting with exhibitors. We plan to set aside vendor/exhibitor/networking time during our light breakfast from 8-8:30 and again during the lunch time from 11:30 - 12:30. 

Below are the packages available for vendors:

Gold- $500 

• Online advertising

• Free Job posting on WOTA Website/Social Media 

• Logo promotion on handouts 

• Logo promotion in the conference center 

• Booth in conference center to exhibit on the day of event 

Silver - $250 

• Logo promotion on handouts 

• Booth in conference center to exhibit on the day of event
